Instructions for exchanges and returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for 7 days after you receive the goods for no reason
- Please contact our Customer Service via message, indicating which items you want to return, including the reasons for the return. We will reply to you within 24 hours. We appreciate your patience.
- Once you receive the instructions to make the return, please put the items in the original packaging to make the return.
- Send your package through our official courier.
- Your money will be refunded within 5 days after we receive your package. We will make the refund directly to the account of origin of your payment. Once the refund order is received we will send you a confirmation email.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns will be examined by our quality control team. If there is a defect, such as breaks, stains or if it is detected that the item was used, the return will not be accepted.
- Items where specified cannot be returned and gifts cannot be returned.
- If a return is made without previously contacting our customer service, our quality control service will consider the return as non-refundable.
- Cash on delivery are not accepted. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please check your return before sending it. We will not be responsible for the return of non-POWERVEO items.

Customers will only be charged a maximum of one time for shipping costs (this includes returns); No replenishment of stocks to be charged to consumers for the return of the product.
